hi all, anyone have an idea about this mei ? I was thinking at first glance Iehira or Ietsune or similar, but I am not sure about the Ie. It has been suggested it is 雪平

Rich - In the Sosho dictionary it is easy to see the differences between Ie and Un - the "Hira" is troubling because of the apparent lack of a single stroke. I am not sure if I cannot see it for the photo or this may be another kanji... -t

This signature belongs to Myôchin Shigenobu (明珍重信), H 08417.0.

Rich- I don't have good examples of tsuba makers for comparison but FWIW. U looks much better than Un... -t
